With effect from xx/xx/202?, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) will no longer be a SIMI Registered Training Program (SIMI RTP). We wish RICS all the best in their future endeavors.

Relevant period of accreditation
Individuals who have completed the Course between ??? and ??? and have since applied for SIMI accreditation on the SIMI Credentialing Scheme will continue to have their accreditation recognized where other requirements as set by SIMI have been met.
SIMI Partners are requested to recognize individuals who have completed the Course between ??? and ??? for the purposes of endorsing an application to upgrade their credentials under the SIMI Credentialing Scheme.
New applications
New applications from individuals who have successfully completed the Course and are now seeking SIMI accreditation under the SIMI Credentialing Scheme must meet the following requirements:
SIMI Accredited Mediator Level 1:
- Applications will be accepted only if they have successfully completed the Course between ??? and ???, both dates inclusive. Applications must be supported with the relevant documentation in writing.
SIMI Accredited Mediator Level 2, SIMI Accredited Mediator Level 3:
- Applications will be accepted only if they have successfully completed the Course between ??? and ???, both dates inclusive; and
- Relevant experiential requirements have been met. For further information on the experiential requirements, see here.
SIMI Certified Mediator:
