Terms and Conditions for SIMI-Accredited Mediators

(as at 1 October 2025)

The Terms and Conditions for SIMI-Accredited Mediators ("Terms and Conditions") will apply to all individuals who subscribe to the Singapore International Mediation Institute’s (“SIMI”) Credentialing Scheme, which consists of the following tiers:

(a) SIMI Accredited Mediator Level 1
(b) SIMI Accredited Mediator Level 2
(c) SIMI Accredited Mediator Level 3
(d) SIMI Certified Mediator (i.e. Level 4)
