Mediation Experience

Viviene has successfully handled a wide variety of disputes. In the past five years, she has been a part of  over 25 highly contentious disputes which were mostly resolved at mediation at various dispute resolution service providers. In 2023, she successfully mediated Singapore's first mediation under the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Singapore ASEAN Mediation Programme involving trademarks. Viviene's extensive experience as a Litigator complements her work as a Mediator as she guides parties to look at their issues from different perspectives, enabling them to reach amicable and cost-effective resolutions.
